Promotion of Professional Ethics in the Field of Health: Challenges and Solutions

Abstract
Background and Objectives: The promotion of professional ethics in the field of health is an important issue that requires constant attention and effort. By implementing these solutions and managing existing challenges, it is possible to strengthen professional ethics in the field of health and have a significant improvement in the provision of healthcare services. Based on this, the current study has been reviewed with the aim of improving professional ethics in the field of health: challenges and solutions.
Methodology: The present study is a systematic review in which the keywords were determined based on MESH and then searching in databases: SID, Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science Uptodate, Magiran. The results of the search and review led to finding 43articles that were studied with the cooperation of the authors and the initial thematic analysis. At the end of the search, 16 articles were obtained, and finally 13 articles were included in the study based on thematic and content criteria and the purpose of the study. Systematic review.
 
Results: The promotion of professional ethics in the field of health faces many challenges that require attention and effective measures. Some of the challenges are violation of patients' privacy, conflict of interests in medical decisions, reduction of respect for patients' decisions, violation of the principles of fairness and equality in providing services to patients, problems in interpersonal communication, non-compliance with ethical principles in medical research, reduction of transparency and information. To patients, the lack of sufficient moral abilities in the medical staff, to face these challenges and promote professional ethics in the field of health, solutions such as: continuous training and awareness to the medical staff in the field of ethical principles, development of policies and clear guidelines for managing conflicts of interest, Encouraging the improvement of interpersonal communication and communication skills, developing an organizational culture based on ethical values, paying attention to patients' rights and respecting their decisions, improving transparency and informing patients about the treatment process, periodic ethical evaluation and providing feedback to the treatment staff, encouraging Developing moral capabilities in the medical staff, paying attention to cultural diversity and raising awareness in this field, providing support and stress management programs for the medical staff.

Conclusion: To improve professional ethics in the field of health, we need effective measures. Continuous and complete trainings in the field of professional ethics for all health professionals, creation of support and work support environments, promotion of professional ethics culture and creation of strong legal supports are among the important solutions that can significantly improve the behavior and basic decisions of health professionals. In general, the promotion of professional ethics in the field of health is very important, and actions that gradually promote and strengthen these goals and principles will bring a significant improvement in the quality of medical care and improve the health of society.
